For the last twenty years, David has coached leaders and facilitated peer groups for a wide variety of North Texas businesses. In the last 5 years, he also helped many of these companies implement The Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), building better communications and accountability, which resulted in stronger leadership teams. However, as of June 2021, David retired from EOS integration work and began working in the non-profit space.
David has been involved with a wide variety of charities. He served as the Executive Director of the Dallas chapter MS Society for 2 years. One thing that is often missing in non-profits, is a strong leadership team. Because of David's unique business experience, he has committed to giving 1/3 of his time to a few non-profits that meet the below criteria.
